Cerpress SL: USAGE INDICATION

Insignia Dental Laboratory have fabricated more Cerpress SL restorations than any other laboratory in the country. This allceramic restorative material demonstrates strength, durability, and a natural looking result. Further it demonstrates excellent fit, increased wear - compatibility and enhanced translucency. It has also exceeded the expectations for all ceramic materials during clinical testing.

We have compiled impressive experience with Cerpress SL. Our technicians have completed advanced and expert training with Leach and Dillon the parent company and specialised training with Cerpress SL. These additional training courses have provided techniques for fabricating natural looking restorations. When preparation allows, veneers are cut back along side the incisal edge and using layering techniques, internal lobing is created to define mamelon development and more natural anatomy. In the fabrication of inlays and onlays, an advanced staining technique is utilised. One of the five ingot shades is then selected to create a natural effect, enhanced by the sensation stains, and then glazed. Utilising our tooth characterisation guides, we can consistently create restorations that match adjacent natural dentition. Cerpress SL is versatile and its clinical indications include full coverage crowns, inlays, onlays and veneers. Additionally, since restorations fabricated with this material are placed with adhesive bonding techniques the overall strength of the remaining tooth structure is enhanced. Cerpress SL has exceeded the standards for all ceramic restorations for the last 5 years and remains one of the most indicated restorative materials to date.
